MCPL particle lists
Read, write, and convert MCPL particle lists.
Read MCPL bytes (readMcpl), write small lists (writeMcpl), and convert the
synthetic SSW pair (ssw2mcpl / mcpl2ssw, neutron/gamma-only v1). Gzip is
sniffed by magic bytes, never by suffix; particle lists cap at 200 rows.
