TBR bookkeeping

Turn caller tritium tallies into raw and effective TBR, the breeding margin, and daily burn and surplus numbers.

A breeding blanket must make at least as much tritium as the plasma burns. The tritium breeding ratio (TBR) is bred tritons per source neutron; ports and penetrations shave it down multiplicatively, and the remainder minus one is the breeding margin. Combined with the fusion power, the same inputs give the daily tritium burn and the net surplus (or deficit).
